The Morgan Nick Foundation is hosting the 9th annual Everyday Superhero 5K/1 Mile Walk on Saturday, May 8th, 2021. This is a one day fundraising run/walk to benefit the Morgan Nick Foundation, raising funds to help educate and empower children to stay safe from abduction and harm.
The theme is “Everyday Heroes” to show appreciation to everyone who has a heart for keeping our children safe. We’d love to see you come out and walk or run dressed as your favorite superhero. Or get together and form a team of superheroes to support this great cause. Kids are encouraged to get in on it, too!
This amazing event will also include your favorite superheroes on hand to take photographs with, prizes, medals and much, much more fun.
FREE tshirts guaranteed to everyone registered by Thursday, May 6th.
Entry fee is $35 for adults and $10 for children 10 and under.
Virtual Race
Do you want to support this event, but can’t join us in person? Run, walk, wherever you are, whenever you can! We’ll even send you an event tshirt!
Entry fee for the virtual run is $45 with a tshirt and $25 without a tshirt.

Registration
There are several ways to register for the 2021 Everyday Superhero 5K/1 Mile Walk.
Online Registration is ENCOURAGED. Go to https://www.runreg.com/everyday-heroes-5k1-mile-walk and register today, it’s fast and secure. Online registration CLOSES at 5 PM on Thursday, May 6, 2021.
Mail your registration to P.O. Box 1033, Alma, AR 72921. All registrations mailed must be RECEIVED by 5 PM Thursday, May 6th., 2021.
On site Registration is available at both packet pick up and check in on May 7th., and at the race course on May 8, 2021.
Participants under 18 must have approval of parent or guardian. CHILDREN 11 AND UNDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT ON THE COURSE.
No refunds or transfers.
Packet Pick Up
Packets will be available for pick up on Friday, May 7, 2021, at the Morgan Nick Foundation from 8AM-6 PM. This is located at 1243 Highway 71 N Alma, AR.
Location for packet pick up and check in the day of the ride is Lee Creek/Mike Myers Park at the end of Main Street along the river in Van Buren, AR, Saturday, May 8th, 7:00 AM @ 2876 Lee Creek Park Road.
Packets will only be distributed to participants at registration. Participants must pick up their own packet, with the exception being a parent or guardian picking up a packet for their minor.
No packets will be mailed.

Cancellation Policy
The Morgan Nick Foundation reserves the right to alter or cancel any Everyday Superhero event at their discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather, security issues, construction, and/or accidents. No refunds or credits will be provided under any circumstances for cancelled events. Cancellation decisions will be made as early as possible via theMorgan Nick Foundation Facebook page.
Refund/Transfer Policy
The Everyday Superhero 5K/1 Mile walk has a “No Refund or Transfer Policy.”
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of severe thunderstorms at start time, the start will be delayed up to 1 hour. After the 1 hour rain delay, the event may be cancelled or shortened. Runners need to be mindful of the weather at all times and use discretion as it pertains to their personal safety, especially once the event has begun.
