FRIENDS: Reunion Rescheduled for March 2021
HBO Max scheduled the Friends reunion special for March of next year.
Matthew Perry delivered the update via Twitter. He said, (quote) “Friends reunion being rescheduled for the beginning of March. Looks like we have a busy year coming up. And that’s the way I like it.”
Twice before the special was postponed due to COVID concerns. Apparently, the cast and crew have faith that by spring they can safely tape a reunion in front of a studio audience.
Matthew Perry, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer and Matt LeBlanc all agreed to reunite for an unscripted special. They will tape on the original stage of the '90s sitcom. (E! News)
