Country stars are getting into the holiday spirit with new Christmas music on Friday (November 7).

Dan + Shay surprised fans by releasing “Long Live Christmas,” which Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney describe as “a feel-good anthem to get you into the holiday spirit,” (and a second verse that “goes WILD”). The new song arrives one year after the award-winning duo released their highly-anticipated double Christmas album with beloved classics and original music.

Gabby Barrett expanded er first-ever Christmas record that arrived in 2024, Carols and Candlelight, with the deluxe edition on Friday. The new extended album includes two “all-new covers from blockbuster motion picture soundtracks,” notes a press release. Barrett debuted her rendition of “Where Are You Christmas” in honor of the 25th anniversary of How the Grinch Stole Christmas starring Jim Carrey (Faith Hill recorded the song for the beloved holiday film). Barrett also covered “When Christmas Comes to Town” from The Polar Express.

“Christmas has always been one of my favorite times of year, and these songs mean so much to me,” Trisha Yearwood said in a statement of her own album, Christmastime, which arrives ahead of her “12 Days of Christmas Tour.” The album includes a duet with her husband, fellow country icon Garth Brooks. “To be able to perform them with a full symphony brings the magic to another level. I can’t wait to share this music and celebrate the season with fans on tour.”

LeAnn Rimes beamed that “Christmas is starting early,” when she announced her Greatest Hits Christmas album. “And if you know me, you know the holidays mean so much to me, and so does this record. …I hope you love this album as much as I do.”

“Whether you are enjoying this with friends, family, or having a cozy moment to yourself, I hope you enjoy getting into the holiday spirit during this new chapter,” Hunter Hayes said.

Brad Paisley delivered a 16-track album, Snow Globe Town, after teaming up with the Hallmark Channel on a movie that’s set to premiere on Thanksgiving weekend, A Grand Ole Opry Christmas. RaeLynn is kicking off the holiday season with Jingle Jangle Rock, a holiday EP. And Hannah Ellis and Nick Wayne, married singer-songwriters, released a festive duet that pays tribute to the hustle and bustle of the holiday season as they spend time with both of their families (and get ready to welcome Baby No. 1 this month).
